Score study and preparation is an important part of the work process for a conductor. Coming in front of the ensemble unprepared is one of the worst possible things a conductor can do. As the facilitator of the rehearsal, the conductor must know how to aid the musicians in mitigating through challenges in the music and come out with a sense of achievement and success.

Tim Reynish is a Conductor, Teacher and Friend. A great musician and motivator. I missed the lessons I had with him.
