The last 3 standing! Thierry (far right) spoke very little English but he won 🙂 I salute him because he did exactly what conducting was all about…non-verbal communication! I miss conducting the Marine Band of the Dutch Royal Navy. They were simply awesome!

Another piece the the band is working on. I am proud of their achievement. There is much room for improvement still but when you considered the amount of time they spent on this, I think this is an amazing effort.

I’m Yusri
I am a Graduate Teaching Assistant in the Bands at the University of Minnesota. I am the Director of the Gold Campus Band. I assist with the Pride of Minnesota Marching Band, the Gopher Groove, the University Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band and the University Band. I am also the Principal Conductor of the Twin Cities Gamer Symphony Orchestra.
