This year we had a total of 9 active participants; 2 RPWS Concertmasters (CM) and 7 external participants. The small number of active participants provided each participant with a good share of podium time and to be honest, I wished each could have been given more. There were so many sharing opportunities and most definitely a lot of learning opportunities for all of us.
Allow me to share with you a couple of videos from the workshop. The videos are of the 2 CMs of the RPWS. Thomas joined RPWS is April 2018 and was appointed as ACM in July 2018. Haziq was appointed ACM in July 2017, a year earlier and now he is the CM and President of RPWS. Both are full-time students in RP. WYCW provides them the opportunity to be part of a conducting workshop and also to watch and learn from the external participants.
