SIBF List of Bands for the different bands is out except Open Div

The list is out and RPWS is not in Div 1… Hmm… I checked with the administrator and she said the Open Div bands will be announced on Monday 5 May.. I just hope RPWS will be in Open Div for this year. The band has so much talent, it will be a waste if they do not get to play in the Esplanade Concert Hall…
