Just in case you are no sure with the process, the ACM selections is for us to select the the Assistant Concert Master of RPWS. He or She will go through a 2-year conducting programme and will be conducting at all RPWS performances. Together with the CM, he or she will assist the Conductor in training and preparing the band for performances. The conducting programme at RPWS is the only one of its kind amongst the 5 Polytechnics in Singapore. The winner of the ACM selections for this year was voted by members of the band and it was by a landslide. The winner is……

I am a Graduate Teaching Assistant in the Bands at the University of Minnesota. I am the Director of the Gold Campus Band. I assist with the Pride of Minnesota Marching Band, the Gopher Groove, the University Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band and the University Band.
