As the examination fever subsides, we begin on the road of rebuilding. I know it was a brutal experience for most but I urge everyone to take a seat and review what was done. Continue with the good efforts, improve on the weaker points. But most important of all, do not sell your beliefs just because your bands did not do as well as others’. As long as the students are learning and improving and having loads of fun doing it, YOU are doing it right. 

Keep improving yourselves and the students will benefit from your efforts. 🙂
