The Fourth edition will be looking at the repertoire that has been set for the 2013 Singapore Youth Festival Arts Presentation; Two Contrasts for Concert Band by Kelly Tang and a chosen piece by the participant.

$80 for conducting participants (accepted on a first-come, first-served basis)
$30 for observers
