I was introduced to this book by Mr Ganesh Kalyanam who is the Director of the Office of Student and Graduate Affairs at Republic Polytechnic. Considering that reading is not really my forte, this book took me 1 day to read! It was captivating and full of guidance. Though the book drew connection between the workings of the Orchestra and how it can be appreciated by the corporate world, I was amazed at how as a Conductor, I saw situations that I myself face when I conduct. I am going to try the suggested solutions on my ensembles and will update later on the results.
