Synopsis:
The 3rd WYCW has been enhanced to include time in front of a chamber group to work on listening and facilitating abilities. Participants will be exposed to different ways of conducting and share in ideas of music making and podium leadership. Participants will also be exposed to the importance of posture while conducting on the podium and also repertoire selection and preparation.
